RESERVATIONS
All reservations are required a $50 reservation deposit at the time of booking. Reservation deposits will be applied to your balance upon arrival. All reservations depart per scheduled time. Any late arrivals or no shows will not be refunded. If you wish to re-schedule or cancel your reservation, you must call at least 8 hours in advance. If not done within that time frame you will lose your reservation deposit (NO REFUNDS) and the possibility of re-scheduling for another date. If you are making a reservation for the same day, or out of our 8 hour in advance policy, client accepts there are NO refunds, cancellations or re-schedules. It will be considered a Final Sale!
IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS:
Unless the parent is present to sign the required liability waivers you must be 21 years of age. If the parent is present anyone 16 years of age or older should be fine to drive as long as they have proper government issued ID with birthdate and required NASBLA approved boat certificate.
For minors operating equipment under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present to sign a waiver.
NEVER OPERATE THE WATERCRAFT WHILE OR AFTER CONSUMING ALCHOHOL OR TAKING
DRUGS. OPERATING A WATERCRAFT UNDER THE INFLUENS IS A FEDERAL OFFENSE SUBJECT TO FINES AS HIGH AS $5,000.00.
Life jackets are provided for all jet ski rentals and are required by law. All jet skis come with safety lanyards that turn the jet ski off if a rider falls from the machine. Your safety is our first priority.
We are full licensed and insured, certified in CPR and First aid.
A safety/orientation agreement and checklist must be signed before the rental start time.
